Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to promote and sell credit card and personal loan products.
- Generate leads and maintain a pipeline through effective prospecting and lead generation techniques.
- Utilize persuasive selling techniques to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Provide accurate information, address customer inquiries, and guide them through the application process.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize sales efforts and enhance customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, including features, benefits, and eligibility criteria.
- Adhere to compliance standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in the banking or financial industry.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and address their needs effectively.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Knowledge of credit card and personal loan products is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
