Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in strategic planning and setting team objectives to achieve business goals.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years of technical service experience, including 5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems and diagnostic tools.
- Experience with ERP systems and process optimization.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Preferred certifications: Electrical Worker (Grade B) or relevant professional credentials.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to high service standards.
