Senior System Analyst (Applications Development)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee in-house application analysis, design, and development initiatives.
• Analyze users’ requirements, identify system changes, and propose innovative solutions.
• Develop comprehensive design, functional specifications, and perform thorough code reviews in adherence to company system development standards.
• Provide expert-level troubleshooting and technical support, ensuring seamless user testing and smooth implementation rollout.
• Collaborate closely with the project team to ensure technical compatibility and exceed user satisfaction.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, providing technical leadership and fostering their professional growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computing/Information Technology or related fields.
• Substantial experience of 7-10 years in application/system development, demonstrating a track record of successful project delivery.
• Expertise in at least one of the following areas:
• Proven experience in mobile application development on iOS or Android platforms.
• Extensive knowledge in Java web application design and development.
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, React.JS, React Native, and related frameworks.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD and End-to-End or Application Performance monitoring technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Cloud Platforms, SQL, NoSQL, and RDMS.
• Exceptional analytical skills, effective communication, and advanced problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, with a focus on mentoring and fostering professional development.
