Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage data center facilities, including computer resource utilization, computer server performance, computer operations, batch processing, and data backup.
- Provide 24-hour on-site service at both production and backup sites.
- Adhere to operational management procedures, focusing on incident management, problem management, change management, and SLAs for running production systems.
- Distribute output and reports to users.
- Maintain the inventory of fixed assets in the data center and conduct regular stocktaking.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Higher Diploma in Computing Studies or a related discipline.
- Proficient in Unix/Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and perform under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work on a shift basis.
