Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth loan processing and administrative duties, as well as handling customer inquiries and requests.
  • Greet and welcome walk-in and phone-in customers following established service standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries and requests, seeking guidance from the supervisor when necessary to address customer complaints.
  • Perform loan processing and administrative duties efficiently and accurately.
  • Perform credit analysis, evaluation and recommend loan approval according to the established credit guideline.

Requirements:

  • Secondary education or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in loan document processing or a related field.
  • Prior experience in the personal loan or banking industry is preferred.
  • Familiar with branch operation & loan application processing
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive, with a pleasant personality and eagerness to learn.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
