Responsibilities:
- Formulate overall strategies and sales plans for the Hong Kong market to achieve business target.
- Expand and explore both the customer base and new business opportunity in the Hong Kong.
- Lead the expansion of the local market in Hong Kong and enhance the company’s brand awareness.
- Responsible in controlling the sales expenses and improve local sales efficiency.
- Analyze the fintech trend in Hong Kong including clarifying pain points and purchasing factors for similar market customers, analyze and provide strategic advice on product development and innovation directions.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in any disciplines.
- 8 years of working experience in B2B sales and marketing
- Strong connection with local customer resources such as banks, securities or government, or local partners and channel resources is preferred
- Self-motivated, independent and able to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
- Knowledge in fintech industry with a good understanding of fintech development trends will be an advantage
- Knowledge in basic management methodologies and tools (BLM, GSA, WBS, mind maps, etc.) will be an advantage
