Event Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end event and exhibition operations, including account servicing, concept development, pre-production preparation, event execution, budget management, and post-event management.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, utilizing innovative ideas to enhance company profile.
- Give creative ideas to the team for different events and marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with teams on project research and prepare pitching proposals.
- Liaise with internal and external parties, including vendors, to ensure successful event execution.
- Willingness to work overtime and under pressure to meet event deadlines.
- Assist ad hoc assignments as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of solid working experience in event management.
- Creative, energetic and details-oriented.
- Experience in an event agency is a plus.
- Availability to work during weekends and public holidays for events.
- Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Knowledge of Photoshop and AI is preferred.
- Strong PC application skills, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
