Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including creating job advertisements, screening candidates, conducting interviews and extending offers.
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding procedures for all staff members.
  • Prepare job advertisements for junior and senior positions.
  • Maintain records in the HR system and compile necessary reports.
  • Prepare letters and correspondence related to HR matters.
  • Maintain accurate employee files and records in a timely manner.
  • Provide support for HR-related projects and initiatives as required.
  • Assist in organizing staff events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Preferred minimum of 2 years of experience in a human resources administrative role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Cantonese.
  • Strong team spirit and self-motivation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive work relationships with all departments.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
