Manager, Digital Project Development – Payment (Bank)

Role & responsibilities

• Act as a project manager on digital channels and applications including digital payments, FPS, website management and open API etc
• Participate and lead projects such as website content management, revamp, traffic analytic and system migration   
• Develop and manage payment strategies on FPS and open API
• Monitor the bank website and ensure the content as well as the customer experience such as notifications run smoothly without violating the compliance guidelines
• Participate in the whole digital projects development cycle including business proposal preparation, user requirement formation, vendor selection, internal and external controls and compliance clearance, project testing, implementation and execution
• Manage stakeholders’ expectations and cost management on project deliverables.
• Conduct market research and analyse the latest market trend and data in banking and financial industry
• Compile market reports on research findings and recommendations
• Conduct ad hoc projects and assignments when needed

Requirements

• Degree holder or above preferably in business administration, finance, computer science, e-Commerce or related discipline
• Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in digital product/service development
• In-depth knowledge of client-side programming skill on HTML, JavaScript, CMS, website analytics
• Experience in deploying sizable system revamp with tracked result
• Familiar with latest Fintech, digital landscape and trends, innovative and details-oriented
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Possess qualifications of ECF-FinTech would be an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
